Soccer might be the biggest sport on Earth, but we’re still not convinced it’s the best way to spend two hours. We kick things off with a brutally honest World Cup breakdown: the moments that worked, the parts that dragged, and the one rule we still can’t explain without sounding like idiots.

From there, the conversation turns into what the World Cup really did in the United States. We talk about visiting fans discovering American culture, why the crowd energy can be better than the match, and how brands and bar talk shape the whole experience. Then we go deep on the classic questions casual viewers ask: how referees handle players yelling in different languages, why cards feel inconsistent, and why offsides somehow gets more confusing the more you try to learn it.

And because this is us, we swerve into college football and the business side of sports. The Oregon Ducks catch plenty of heat, the SEC possibly leaving the NCAA sparks a real debate about money and power, and we finish strong with NFL quarterback takes, Raiders and Rams  which we made a mistake about Mike Mc Daniel who is actually with the Chargers and not the Rams then an unforgettable detour into socks, feet, and the weird stuff people admit in a trusted friend group.
